So I went to this clinic today, and I’ve been there on several different occasions! Today thought I had the best experience the PA was amazing! I can’t remember her name but she was younger, super cute, and short brownish hair! So nice! And she made my day that much better!

Overall, today was a pleasant experience considering the fact I had to go to Urgent Care. The way they are handling COVID-19 and limiting how people arrive and enter Urgent Care was rather seamless with their text messaging system. Front desk staff, nurse, X-ray tech and doctor were all friendly and informative. I’ve visited this UC a handful of times and have yet to have an unpleasant experience. Will recommend to others and return, if needed.

Had a little wait, my son was border line going to the er. They got us in right away. Superb service. Thank you for being there on a Sunday for my son. I appreciate all that you do and all the healthcare workers in the world.

If I could leave zero stars I would.. first my daughter who has asthma was misdiagnosed and brushed off as a viral infection case, which later ended us up in the ER where she received ANTIBIOTICS and proper care. Second, I was told while trying to see a doctor that I had been “banned” from the clinic over 15 years ago and they refused me medical care. 15 years ago I reported a doctor who improperly handled a mole removal instead of sending me to a proper dermatologist. I guess this gets you banned from medical care at 42 years of age. I will NEVER return to any unity point locations EVER.. what a joke and to top it off the front staff is unprofessional and rude, brush your hair for the love of God, poor first impression.
